For your comfort, we are pleased to offer you our new “Mobile Biometric Service” to submit your visa application in your home or office.
Schedule an appointment and we will collect your visa application form, documents and biometric data at the place of your choice. Once the application is processed, we will return you the passport via courier.

The Consulate General of Spain in Beirut has implemented a change in the arrangement for collection of passport(s) from the BLS Visa Application Centre. w.e.f. 22 June 2015 it will no longer be possible for third parties to collect the documents on behalf of an applicant, except in the following cases:
- Immediate Family Member (i.e. Parents, Children, Siblings)
- One member of a group collecting for the entire group with official authorization.
- A person collecting on behalf of Govt. officials if officially authorized on the Govt. letter head or department
- Representative of a company - official Authorization letter on the letter head of the company and the official ID car
If any of the above come for passport collection they need to carry the following documents:
- Photocopy of Govt. ID card
- Original ICR
- Authorization Letter from applicant from official party
- The above services are optional
- The fees stipulated include service tax
- Applicants are requested to collect appropriate receipts for using these services
- The courier services shall be confined to areas covered by the courier company. Please check with the submission officer.
- Contact Number
- If you have the DND (Do not Disturb) service activated on your mobile number, you may not receive the messages updating your application status.
