SHORT TERM VISA

BLS has been appointed as an outsourced partner by the Embassy of Spain in Lebanon, to facilitate short stay visa applications to Spain.

Visa applications will be accepted at the BLS office in Beirut , in accordance with the respective place of residence of the applicant.

Foreign nationals who wish to travel to Spain must be in possession of a visa, unless they are nationals from countries for stays in the Schengen Area of no more than three months (90 days) in a period of six months (180 days) from the date of entry into the Schengen Area. Kindly note that the application for Spain will be accepted only if your travel is within next 90 days.

Schengen visa applications for travelling to Portugal of Lebanese citizens and foreign citizens legally living in Lebanon are accepted as well, according to the representation agreement between Portugal and Spain.

The Spain Embassy in Lebanon will only .In case the applicant intends to visit various Schengen countries the country responsible to issue the relevant visa for the entire duration of the trip, including for other Schengen countries will be determined in the following order:

Please note granting a visa is the prerogative of the Embassy for each application. Submission of all the documents does not imply “right” to be granted a visa.

Please note applications forms and No objection letters for children below the age of 18 must be signed by the parents only at the Visa application center in front of the Submission officer, children between the age of 12 and 18 are also required to visit the application center for Biometrics enrollment.

In the case of minors travelling with guardians or travelling with one single parent will need authorization letter of the parent (parent who does not travel with the minor). All the above are to be supported with the copy of the Passports to prove the identity of the Parents/Guardian.
